1. Dying in the city of Madina

The Prophet said, "Whoever can manage to die in Madinah, let him die there, for I will intercede for whoever dies there."

[Tirmidhi 3917]

2. Reciting the Qur'an

- "Read the Qur'an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection interceding for its companions." [Muslim]

"Qur'an will intercede for a person on the Day of Resurrection. The Qur'an will say: I kept him from sleeping during the night; let me intercede for him. And it will be allowed to intercede." [Ahmad]

. "The Qur'an is evidence for you or against you." [Muslim]

- "The Qur'an is an intercessor whose intercession will be accepted and an opponent whose testimony will be accepted. Whoever puts it in front of him, it will lead him to Paradise, and whoever puts it behind his back, it will drive him to Hell." (ibn Hibban)

3. Regular Fasting

"Fasting will intercede for a person on the Day of Resurrection. Fasting will say: 0 Lord, I kept him from his food and desires during the day, let me intercede for him. And it will be allowed to intercede." [Ahmad]

Voluntary Fasts:

• Fasting for 6 days of shawwal: It will be as if you fasted for a lifetime. [Muslim] - |Fasting on 13th,14th,15th of the Hijri calender of every monthl: Equivalent to a full month's fasting and lights up your heart. [Bukhari and Nasa'i] -

4. Dua' after the Adhaan

The Prophet said, "Whoever repeats the adhaan after the muezzin (the caller of adhaan) and then says this dua', he wll be guaranteed my intercession on the Day of Judgement." [Bukhari, Muslim]

Allaahumma Rabba haathihid-da 'watit-taammati wassalaatil-qaa'imati, 'aati Muhammadanil-waseelata walfadheelata, wab 'ath-hu maqaamam-mahmoodanil-lathee wa'adtahu, ['innaka laa tukhliful-mee'aad]

5. Taking good people (believers) as compani 7/9

There will be believers in Jannah when they enter it, they will realize that some of their friends are missing. The ones they prayed with, they fasted with, have gone to hajj with, have attended lectures with.

They will realize their friends have been taken to the Hell fire. That they didn't make it.

So, they will complain to Allah, the Most Merciful saying, "O Rabb, we have brothers who used to read salah and fast with us, we do not see them!"

Allah will then say, "Go to the fire and take out any person who had even an atoms amount of Imaan (faith) in their heart!

So, they go to the hell fire while Allah protects them, and they see people burning and screaming. Then they start pulling out their friends from the Fire, rescuing them by the permission of Allah.

And they will be placed into Jannah.

But if you are not taking the best of people as your friends, you're not with them in the salah, you don't have the best of gatherings with them, how are you going to be recognized or be saved from the Hell fire if you are not saved from it first?

[Hadith source: Muslim]

The Prophet () said,

"Every good word is sadaqa. A man's helping his brother is sadaqa. A drink of water which he gives is sadaqa. Removing something harmful from the road is sadaqa."
